Positive: The location!!! The views are incredible. The room is basic and there are no such amenities. But the views from the room makes up for everything. Lots of places walkable from the property. The room is big and spacious.
Negative: I wish they used better bed linens and curtains. Provider some basic amenities like coffee/tea maker.

Positive: Staff and view were amazing, loved my stay. The hammock was all i needed to relax!
Negative: I would have preferred cotton of natural fabric bed sheets (at least not polyester if you prefer sleeping without AC like i did).

Positive: It was a very quiet and peaceful place to spend time by yourself, very well priced for what it is. Each individual cabin is isolated from each other, and each cabin has private access to the beach, and some even come with some lovely four legged friends as well. As far as I know, no other cabins do this.

Positive: Gorgeous rooms with floor to ceiling windows across one wall giving the most amazing views of the sea. At first I had a room with less of a view (still could see the sea but not ‘uninterrupted’) but the owners kindly allowed me to move when another room became free and wow - it really did feel special.
Negative: There was some music playing most evenings until around 10.30 at a neighbouring property.

Positive: Stayed here for the second time and everything was great just like the last time. AC worked even in peak summer which is rare in Goa with beach front properties. Would have stayed longer but they’re winding down for the season.
Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: The location is perfect, close to a lot of restaurant and next to the best beach, Patnem. The sea view from the room is amazing.
Negative: The hosts could have been a bit more helpful. Also they offer activities or transportation overpriced compared to if you find them yourself.

Positive: Amazing little resort on Colomb bay just a few minutes walk from Patnem Beach and 20-25 mins walk from Palolem. Great views from the rooms and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
